Human Resources (HR) Executive – EHL Logistics

Job Description:
EHL Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting daily HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth workforce coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce by ensuring the company attracts and retains qualified talent aligned with organizational goals.

In addition to recruitment, the HR Executive will manage employee records, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. You will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Maintaining a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns professionally will also be part of your responsibilities.

The role requires close collaboration with different departments to understand staffing needs and support operational efficiency. Since logistics is a time-sensitive industry, the ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve problems quickly is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 1–3 years of HR experience (logistics or supply chain industry preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
